Welding wire Ni70/15
Ni70/15 welding wire is a chromium-alloyed nickel wire. The pure weld has a martensitic structure, and its coefficient of thermal expansion is low. The weld is tough at low temperatures and corrosion-resistant at high temperatures. It is resistant to stress corrosion and thermal shocks. The weld is unaffected by carbon diffusion even at high temperatures. The wire is used for welding highly alloyed and corrosion-resistant steels, steels with 9% Ni, and similar steels with guaranteed good toughness at low temperatures. It is suitable for joining different types of steels and for welding hard-to-weld steels. The operating temperature range is from -196 °C to 550 °C. The welds are resistant to scaling up to 1,200 °C. It can also be used for welding copper to steels.
