GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE SALES OF WELDING WIRES
- INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
1.1. The online store, operated by TKC d.o.o., headquartered at Trnovska ulica 8, Ljubljana, company registration number: 1689754, tax number: SI80152082 (hereinafter: “seller” or “company”), offers the sale of welding wires and other related products available in our online store (hereinafter: “online store”).
1.2. These general terms and conditions of business (hereinafter: “terms”) regulate the purchase and sale of welding wires and other products via the online store. By making a purchase in the online store, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions of business.
1.3. The Buyer may be a natural person or a legal entity making a purchase in the online store (here and after: “Buyer”)
- PURCHASE CONDITIONS
2.1. Purchase in the online store is only possible for registered users, although registration can be completed during the purchase process.
2.2. The Buyer must provide accurate personal and contact information during registration and purchase, which will be used to process the order, delivery, and any notifications about company news and promotions.
2.3. After placing the order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the order.
2.4. The seller reserves the right to change product prices, services, and terms of business without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
- PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Product prices are stated in EUR and include value-added tax (VAT), unless otherwise explicitly stated.
3.2. Payment methods available to the Buyer include:
- Bank transfer (prepayment)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.)
3.3. The Buyer is obliged to pay the full amount of the order, including any shipping costs, before the ordered products are delivered.

DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery within Slovenia is free for orders of 300 EUR or more.
4.2. For orders under 300 EUR, the delivery cost is 12 EUR.
4.3. The seller will deliver the products to the address provided by the Buyer in the order.
4.4. Delivery will be made within 3–7 working days unless otherwise agreed. Delivery times are indicative, and the seller reserves the right to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
4.5. Personal pickup is possible at TKC d.o.o., Litostrojska cesta 60, Ljubljana, from Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 14:00. No delivery costs apply for pickup.
4.6. ISSUANCE OF INVOICE
The seller will provide the Buyer with an invoice for the purchased products and an order summary upon delivery. The invoice lists all costs associated with the purchase, including the price and quantity of each product, calculated VAT, any delivery charges, and the total price.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. A Buyer who is a natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The Buyer must notify the company in writing or by email at info@tkc.si.
5.2. The Buyer must return the product within 14 days of notifying the company of withdrawal. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
5.3. The Buyer bears the cost of returning the products.
5.4. In the case of withdrawal, the company will refund the Buyer within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
- WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
6.1. All products purchased in the online store are covered by a warranty in accordance with applicable law. The warranty period starts on the day the Buyer receives the goods.
6.2. The Buyer must report any defect or damage to the product within 8 days of receipt, otherwise the warranty will not be recognized.
6.3. Complaints can be submitted in writing via email at info@tkc.si or by mail to the company’s address.
6.4. Purchase by legal entities:
These general terms and conditions also apply when the Buyer is a legal or natural person conducting a business activity, regardless of its legal form. For persons not considered consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, the provisions of the law and these general terms only apply where the law explicitly states so (e.g., regarding warranty). In other matters, the relationship between the seller and the non-consumer Buyer is governed by the provisions of the Obligations Code.
- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
7.1. TKC d.o.o. undertakes to process all personal data provided by the Buyer in accordance with applicable personal data protection regulations.
7.2. Personal data will be used exclusively for order processing, delivery, and, with consent, for informing about company news.
7.3. The Buyer may request the deletion of their personal data stored in our database at any time.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1. Any disputes between the company and the Buyer will be handled by the competent court in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Slovenia.
8.2. Before that, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods.
- FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. These general terms are valid from 21.07.2025 and replace all previous terms and conditions of business.
9.2. The company reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published in the online store and will take effect upon publication.
9.3. All changes, price modifications, or changes to terms and conditions will take effect immediately upon publication on the company’s website.
